JA Solar  releases DeepBlue 4.0 X technical white paper

On November 9, 2022, JA Solar officially released DeepBlue 4.0 X technical white paper.

Released in May this year, DeepBlue 4.0X marks the company’s first entry into the n-type PV product market. A new member of JA Solar DeepBlue series PV product, DeepBlue 4.0 X is designed with the concept of “tailored to increase customer value”. It carries over advantages from DeepBlue 3.0 modules, and integrates the latest technologies from JA Solar. A one-year (February 2021-February 2022) energy yield test launched by JA Solar and TÜV NORD at China Photovoltaic Test Center shows that the energy yield of the n-type module based on Bycium+ cells is 3.9% higher than that of p-PERC modules. With the warm responses from the global market, the company started to supply the module in Q3 2022.

The white paper consists of design concept, core technologies introduction, module advantages, parameters and application scenarios, etc. to help readers get a whole picture of the product. Click to read the full text DeepBlue 4.0 X technical white paper
